LAWFUEL - Acting United States Attorney James R. Klindt today announced that JAMIE BOGDAN, a 33 year old resident of Ft. Myers Beach, pleaded guilty today to possession of child pornography. BOGDAN, a former Largo Police Officer for two and half years, resigned from the police force on October 17, 2006. The maximum penalty BOGDAN faces is 10 years’ imprisonment, a $250,000 fine, 3 years of supervised release, and a special assessment of $100.00.
