We are at a crossroads as to find the answer. Apparently you can Comstat this for an answer. When you do get your answer, we the real cops of the Police Department want your Plan of Action, we will take care of the rest.

Our plan of action to lower the homicide rate will be as follows: 1- A few more Operation Difference operations with plenty of numbers to show. 2- All patrol officers will now be riding bicycles. 3- More promotions 4- Make sure that Olive Oil continues to harass the troops in the field. 5- Have Pepe Alfonso teach a class on how to make BS arrests &amp write jaywalking tickets. 6- Instruct Lt. Crotchwell to sandbag the station/courthouse for police cars parked improperly &amp with dark tints.

I believe we should have the patrol officers pass out more Watch Over Miami cards.
