can anyone say for sure who was it that sent in the media card that HAD THE PERSONAL PICS ON IT? I know its kind of an old topic but!!

as everything else in this place the whole deal was blown out of proportion.... the media card was identical to one that the camer's owner had in their personal camera. they werent X rated porn pics they were discreet pics taken between a couple that in now way depicted any acts or hard core nudity.

It was turned in accidentally and the d/s has paid their share of embarassmet over it.

i heard it was the shortest 1093 deputy on SW delta and she confirmed it in breifing

according to her,they were nothing obscene or sexual. if they were she'd probably be fired or suspended. since this site is public i'll just say she has the lowest id number of the 3.

That's a big 10-4 It was ME! not afraid to admit it...and yes the truth is...I started taking my camera and media cards inside so not to melt them in a hot car all day(along with laptop) my personal digital cam. took the same cards as my agency issued one. The pics were not nude nor XXX! Apparently the two media cards got mixed up when I asked my bf at the time to run inside and grab my stuff as i was leaving for briefing that morning...he brought them to me unaware that he picked up my personal card also. Just so happened...obviously I couldn't PROVE it was my card and not the s.o.'s so I got 80 hours for it for misuse of s.o. equipment. Oh well! Guess that doesn't matter now anyway! any more ?'s feel free to ask

Yeah...just one more thing added to my personnel file that is keeping me out of law enforcement. Freakin ridiculous! Little shit like that, that just kept adding up to the point it became nitpicking and I got tired of it!
