Yeah! The Chief for one; what an ego maniac that guy is. I’m so sick of hearing about integrity this, integrity that. That guy has put himself so high above others “his troops” that he has no business talking about integrity. How about having the integrity to admit shortcomings and try foster good leadership skills in the people that you have chosen to supervise and mentor junior officers; instead of using cheap intimidation and fear tactics.

Chief, you should try working for the supervisors that you have chosen, and see what its like to work for someone that is afraid to make a simple command decision. Afraid because there so scared of you! Your lack of ability to foster confidence in them has created the poor moral in this department that has driven so many officers away.

If there is any trust and strength in integrity; then you my friend have none!

So please give the whole integrity bit a rest.
