I think placing more chiefs in charge of our indians is a horrible mistake. We have Sgt's. Putting a Field Lt in charge of every district will cause more micromanagment. I can say JJ and Pratt are enough on the strong side of the week. They go where needed, and for the most part stay out of our hair. The Sgt's are the ones supposed to make the calls on what the district members are doing, not an LT that is underminding the SGT. Although I can speak for JJ and Prat doing a great job, I cannot speak for the other side. I have only heard there is micromanagement happening there. If we do add a field LT, lets add one more and have a LT per every 2 districts. Lets not get to top heavy.
