I have been in the agency for a long time, the only consistant thing is that this agency is inconsistant. this is very frustrating, however what do you do? the sheriff can put anyone in any position he wants for any reason or motive he wants. we must live with this and pretend things are great, otherwise you will have a miserable employment. :idea:
