Well well well, a 6 year old get arrested and who's fault is it? Of course the police. The media is saying poor little girl, no one has said anything about the teacher that was hit. Does the teacher have rights or are they just expected to go to work and get hit or things thrown at them. The little girl doesn't want to go back to school, because of the police. Well if she had been doing what she was supposed to then it would not have happened.

Also, it is nice to see the Chief standing behind his officer. Would that happen here or would the deputy get thrown under the bus?

The Concept of a 6 year old child having the 'ability' and 'means' truly fits the Force Matrix Continuum. The greatest achievement that was accomplished the fact that when LEO is called to intervene, LEO must intervene. Having said that, LEO can all rest assured the protection granted to any and all Juv. arrest information is protected. No one will really no what happened behind closed doors. Even when fellow LEO's were summoned to assit in effecting the arrest.

All criminal charges were dismissed by the assistant state attorney in charge of the case. The juvey will now have a better understanding of our criminal justice system. Just because you are arrested. you will not necessarily be held accountable for your actions.
