Take Home Cars

What are the stipulations about getting a take home car with your agency. I'm a union rep at another agency and was wondering how you guys do it.

3 years/ to and from work

Used to be 3 years with the agency, I think that has since changed as the new cars come in.

Can be used for work related business (court, LE classes, etc.). No personal use.

Must reside within 15 miles from the city limits.
