I DID MY BEST TO WARN EVERYONE ABOUT BEING CAREFULL ON THIS SITE.

ANOTHER INJUSTICE AT THE HANDS OF OUR COURTS, THIS IS A GREAT SITE, AS LONG AS PEOPLE AREN'T YELLING FIRE IN A THEATRE THEY SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO SAY WHAT THEY WANT.

FROM PAT OHARA, I WILL NOT TRY TO OBTAIN RECORDS AGAINST YOU. I DID SEND A PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST TO THE SHERIFF ASKING FOR RECORDS OF COMPUTERS USING THIS SITE ON OFFICIAL BUSINESS. I ONLY DID THAT TO ESTABLISH IT CAME FROM THE AGENCY. I DID NOT DO ANYTHING BEYOND THAT BECAUSE MY ATTORNEY IS APPROACHING IT FROM A DIFFERENT VIEW.

BE CAREFUL

As you can tell by the link, and the article, that is from August of 2005. The Hillsborough Sheriff went all the way to the 2nd DCA and lost. No IP addresses or any other information were ever turned over to anyone.

Thanks for the information….
Typical, someone talks bad about him and he goes and hires a lawyer….

Can you even get an IP address if someone is using a public wireless connection, like at a book store? Its not like you have to log on or anything.

Honestly, you would get the IP of the wireless network only.

But yeah, wouldn't they(the book store or starbucks, etc.) be able to tell what IP was using their services? I would think so but not 100% pos.

Actually the only thing they owuld really be able to see is the name of your computer. That is the name that you give it when you set up windows.

That would be why they post everything and anything. It is rediculous
