In case you're wondering who I am... I bought some tires from you about 5 years ago. I don't work there anymore but we worked together on midnights. I have nothing but good things to say about you man.

It's true. Rat Boy was christened by Vito Santangelo while Oliveros was dispatching on midnights at Hialeah Gardens PD. It wasn't for being a chiva, but because he had all his police academy stuff (books, notes, uniforms, shoes, belts) spread out all over the dispatch booth. Vito told him he looked "like a f*&^ing rat in a hole!"

The name stuck and the legend was born.

What Oscar does not know is what is coming to him? Not too long again he was caught in another lie. That guys is worthless and useless. He was sent to Motor so he can fall and break his back, so he can be kick out of the department legally and never come back. Why was he was fired, for lying?
