Why does it appear the city manager hates the police dept. I was retired before he replaced George, but it sure looks like someone whizzed in his wheaties the way he treat the P.D.

The reason MB hates in agency period is because he is crooked. The only reason he is voted in is because he is willing to take money from Business owners who want to flaunt the Law.....
