murder on I-4 after race

the man killed in the incident was a friend of mine and i was wondering if any of you guys were there and could give a little ore info on what happened, the news isn't giving too much, also if none of you knew he is leaving behind a wife and 3 boys yougest of which is just 4 months old, i appreciate the help....
