PCSO Deputy Farnham

As a concern citizen, what are your views on the incident involving the PCSO Deputy reference to be found guilty of misdemeanor civil rights violation?

I think that its crazy that you as LEO go out and try to assist the citizen of another county in the time of need and then you get screwed for doing your job.

I don't know too many details in the case, but I thought that this deputy was shot at before he took any actions against this guy. If would be ridiculous to me (a citizen) for this deputy to face charges for anything he did to this guy after being shot at by him.

Guest, I do find it hard to believe but it went to a federal court up in Santa Rosa. They dropped the charges and he was found guilty of misdemeanor civil rights violation..
