WHAT WAS UP WITH THAT B'TOWN BEACH OFF DUTY UNIT AND THAT GUY OFF OF CORTEZ AND 75TH IT SOUNDED LIKE A CLUSTER

The way I heard it the guy should have been arrested, but aparently he got hooked up later by BPD on Cortez Road. I guess Hill from the beach had to be told to go back to his 2 miles of jurisdiction and let the properly trained Officers do their jobs.

no he was probly at bb06 10-42 with a consentual 3-4 followed by a 10-70 since he gets around so much. i see someone brought their lap top to work tonight////

Hill was not the officer that signed out with the guy at 7500 cortez, it was ferrara. The guy was just snooping in trash. he was F.I.'d and let go. He was not arrested by Bradenton later. Boy, this thing got all blown up from nothing.
