What has this new chief done....We have a set of three wheeled chariot scooters collecting $30,000 worth of dust, a large box of T.A.S.E.R.'S equipped with cameras who haven't shocked anybody, and an abundance of personal laptops who haven't been assigned to anyone....Yet so many are bamboozled by this nonsense, which is nothing more than new age smoke & mirrors!
