You and everybody else missed the screwing the the investment plan people just found out about. While the Sheriff or the employer has to contribute 20% for the FRS retirement the house and the senate have passed bills lowering the contribution for investment plan members to to 14%. Saving the Sheriff and other FRS employers money.
