The US Marshals SWAT team considered themselves to be super elite before the religious cult shot the hell out of them. I imagine they are somewhat more grounded these days and a better team for it.
That was ATF. If you are indeed an operator and refer to a critical incident as "Shot the hell out of them" referring to the late agents on that team, you are pretty pathetic.
