Sgt's shouldn't be sitting in the station all day doing the Lt's job. Put out a new memo requiring all Sgt's to hit the road and stay there. They have everything they need in their patrol cars to perform the job duties required by them.

And that my friend is the truth, the Sgt is just like a Trooper in a supervisor position and just a bit more money. I don't see why they have to sit at the stn so long, the other day I walked in and this Sgt was bored of his mind playing solitaire in his desk, please go out and hump the road, Sgt stripes are not a freepass to lazyness.

She is never there and when she is she goes around and talks about people to all the clerks at the station. Nobody cares they can not stand her. Does anyone know what she does all day? She does NOT instruct any training classes. i want to promote so I can have her job!!!
