He had the perfect answers for every question because the questions were given to him days prior to the oral board interview. This clown was hand picked for the position well before the interview by the current corrupt administration. The other candidates never had a chance. All what Delucca would ever be here is another clown on strings.

They gave Delucca the questions for the oral board just like the time they gave Peters, Paez, Vila, and company the questions with answers to the Sgts test. Their plan was to keep Miles from getting the position...well, we all know how that ended up. I remember Vila kept using the excuse of going to the restroom because his stupid a$$ couldnt remember the answers...lol

This place is a joke and will always be until that feather duster of a town manager gets removed from office.

Peluca brought pink slips to give out to everyone during the holidays.

Peluca and the walking rainbow answers to Glen Comepingon. With this said, the administration will be using Peluca for the dirty job of giving out pink slips to the ones in the media spotlight, and the ones that caused trouble to the town. This stradegy doesnt make the TM look like the bad guy. In return, they make the media believe that the department got rid of the troublemakers, but in reality the administration will be bringing in fresh meat with questionable background.
