PEROTTI appointed to rank of MAJOR

This appointment of Perotti to a position of MAJOR is not a promotion; it looks like a political payback for something. Wait until he has to make law enforcement decisions without having been a a LEO who was promoted through the ranks. He will be denounced by line and staff of HCSO after a few bad decisions & morale will drop. Let's hope he doesn't get a real LEO hurt or killed with his inexperience in law enforcement.

My God, the only thing worse than this appointment would have been if he had been a lawyer-- Oh, crap, he was a lawyer.
