I notice that a lot of the smaller departments with sites here don't have a lot of dirty laundry being aired. Must be a great place to work.

Any openings and what is the starting salary? Do you hire from outside your area?

I'm not sure if we have replaced the one who resigned after the Federal Indictment a couple of weeks ago yet or not. Also depending on the outcome of the Primary on the 26th their could be a lot of openings. I don't see why we wouldn't hire from outside the area. We have in the past. Are you ready for the starting salary??? It's going to knock your pants off... Here it is, hot off the web site... $30,900/year. Of course, the cost of living is lower here. At least the housing is.
