Something`s rotten in North Bay Village. Our CM and his family members have enriched themselves while other problems in our town went unaddressed. The CM is costing this town money and he is not doing his job. The problem will not go away without a fight. I pledge to you that it is a fight that we can and will win. CM and his informants are done in this town. Our councilmembers don`t represent me anymore. CM wants to increase our taxes and destroy our PD and replace it with Miami Dade PD.
NOT AS LONG AS I AM ALIVE. UNDERTAKER will RULE. The fight is on.

What we here in NBV PD need to do is stand strong and stand together. WE CANNOT LET THE CM OR ANYONE ELSE, FOR THAT MATTER, BRING MDPD IN HERE!!! We have always been the NBV PD and we have always protected and served our residents and our community and THAT IS EXACTLY what we need to keep on doing...It is with great sorrow that everyday in this State that Officers are getting killed, shot at, and/or stabbed. Thank God, this has not happened in our City. Rumor may have it that this is the end of Paradise, but it does not have to be that way. We CAN AND WILL ALWAYS REMAIN THE NBV PD if we stand together and put our personal differences aside, patrol, protect and serve our residents and community. We need to stay sharp and keen as to what or who is around us, keep our eyes and ears open and do the best that we can during each of our shifts. We need to be out there writing tickets and keeping NBV safe for all. WE CANNOT ALLOW MDPD in here, this is OUR CITY, and we need to PROTECT IT and keep ALL THE RIFF RAFF OUT!!! DON'T LET THOSE WHO THINK THEY HOLD ALL THE POWERS CONTROL US, WE NEED TO TAKE CONTROL, WE HAVE THE POWER AND WE HAVE THE NUMBERS TO KEEP AND MAINTAIN CONTROL. It is NOT One person who got us our take homes and our laptops and our salaries. WE ALL DID IT, WE ALL EARNED IT, WE ALL CAME TOGETHER AS ONE AND THAT IS WHY WE HAVE THE THINGS WE DO. BUT IF WE DON'T STAND TOGETHER ON THIS WE COULD LOOSE IT ALL TOO, THAT IS ALWAYS A POSSIBILITY, BUT WE ARE STRONGER THAN THE OTHERS AND WE CAN KEEP AND MAINTAIN WHAT WE HAVE AND MORE. WE NEED TO PROTECT THIS CITY AND WE NEED TO PROTECT EACH OTHER AND WE DO HAVE WHAT IT TAKES AND EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU KNOWS THAT. SO LETS KEEP NBV PD AS NBV PD, NO NEED FOR MDPD IN OUR CITY...

Very nice. I think that you said it well. Let`s keep NBVPD because our officers are the best in the country. I would say one thing that we are a
team and nobody and I mean nobody can beat or seperate us. NBV Police Depatment is tough on criminals and tough on crime and my children,my grandchildren, and their children will always have their own police department in our town. I will fight for all of our families to keep it this way.

We will never be united as long as the two or three azz-holes keep playing games. One of them has rot gut that he brought on himself from being a dirty rotten low life. The other two know exactly who they are and so does most everyone else. One of them is using the PBA to screw his brother and sister officers. Now that sure is unity. What a POS!!! The other is just being what he was born to be... a scumbag. And the manager will use these guys to keep the PD off balance. In return these guys will get nothing at all. When you lay in poop your gonna stink!

Yeah! You're so right...With an attitude like yours, things will never change here. Maybe you should change your attitude and talk to those who you feel are less than you are and maybe they will change their attitudes. Why do you continue to work here if you have so much anger and hate and animosity, espcially when you know there are several other departments offering better money to go there? Why do you continue to stay here and spread hate and discontent. If you don't change your attitude for yourself, first, you too, may end up with high blood pressure or some other kind of ailment if that is what you think is making others ill. Take a stand yourself, for yourself first, your family, your department and then if people don't start changing you always have the option to make a change and go elsewhere. Why can't YOU BE A LEADER? We are just asking for everyone to stand strong and stand together, why is that so hard to do here in NBV PD? Just because YOU think there are a few bad apples in the bunch, BE Positive, talk to them, be nice to them, treat them as you would want to be treated, just know they may or may not be that way back to you, but YOU will feel better as a person. You don't need to hang out with these people, just work and do your job and do the best that you can and go home at the end of shift. But BE POSITIVE, don't keep spreading hate and discord, OR just keep it to yourself, what we are trying to do here is keep our jobs and keep MDPD out, and that does not fall upon one person or one rep. But it only takes one person to make the effort to be positive and then usually things change, but if they don't you don't have to stay, you can move on to greener pastures, we all know others have done it. I for one know, when I have had bad feelings toward people here, I let it bother me for awhile and then I decided I would be the bigger person and move on from it and you know what, for me things changed drastically you are not going to like every person you work with every day, shit happens, but grow up, get past it and stand together for the things all of us need and want here and if not for the rest of us, Do it for your own self worth and for your future and that of your family and your co-workers, the one's you like and dislike, there are so many more reasons to be positive than negative. Take some time and think about it...

Are you kidding? Taking the lead on anything here puts a target on your back. mcv gets stabbed all the time. He is not my favorite guy but he is doing it. I don't know how he holds it together and why the others beat on him. But he does have that target on his back. That is why I dont get involved. You probably dont work here anyway so you cant relate to the scumy low stuff some people do here. So mind your business!!!!

For the Better of this Dept and for the better of yourself. I have one thing to say to all of you. You might not get along or even like each other,and that is ok. One thing unites all
of us. We all want the same thing. To keep NBV a safe place to live,work,and play. if you are a cop for the purpose of making money, then you are in the wrong business. If you do not like working here then you can all quit. I think you all
like working here because if you do not then please go somewhere that can make you happy. You better start acting
like a police department that makes you proud. Unite us. Act like men and rise above your differences. It takes a real
man to forgive and forget and move on. If some of you cannot then you should get another job in any city but ours.
