TPD FTO program

Last time I saw..FTO was patrol, on evening shift, one of the busiest.

You were very lucky your FTO didn't shoot you while in D3. Things must be getting better. In D1 & D2 they try to get all rookies through the program without using deadly force. Some officers feel this is the way to go. Good luck please don't shoot any other TPD officers now that your training is complete.
