The ones that work the Keys will probably never check a hunter. And the officers that work Bradford and Union and Marion and Alachua and Okeechobee Counties will probably never check a head boat.

The officers will do what is required of them after they receive the training for it. This applies to FWCC officers as well, they will be required to work crashes, vandalism, burglaries, traffic enforcement, and other duties that DEP currently performs.
And there are ex GFC who have never been on the ocean boarding shrimp boats or crawfish boats--The FWC has "Inland" and "Coastal" positions and the diversity of the state and the job responsibilies is great when transfering or promoting from one area to another.

I'm sorry I almost fell over laughing. Who are you kidding. That's good stuff maybe traffic Enf was the only true thing you said besides duplicate a report x49 S.O. Has already done and currently working a case.
FWC Merger Legislation Representative Rich Glorioso (R) and Senator Jack Latvala (R) passed the FWC merger legislation. Effect July 1, 2012, DACS Officers who patrol the CARL and DEP Park Police Officers will merge into the FWC Law Enforcement Officers Unit. This legislation was a result of one of the recommendations from the the Law Enforcement Consolidation Task Force led by HSMV Executive Director Julie Jones. PBA was proud to be involved with the task force.
Passing this legislation was a group effort. The State Law Enforcement Officers' Chapter of the Florida PBA worked closely with FWC Colonel Jim Brown and his staff on this issue.
Also included in this merger is pay parity money for the in the FWC Law Enforcement Officers Unit. The annual base salaries will increase to the following levels:

Excuse me. You and the Troopers arent lucky youre not disbanded yet. Its a waste of revenue. We have FDLE and Sheriffs. Thats all we need. Their is a reason why Florida pays Deputies more than State LEOs. None of the State are full service agencies. You say you are but you and I know youre not

I was just commenting on the fact our pay STILL isn't that of a starting state trooper; thanks for your idiotic comment though, because most Sheriffs will tell you FDLE should be eliminated before any other state law enforcement agency because they have so little use. Now take your FDLE/deputy azz back to your own forum jerk off; this is ours!
