Go to this link and follow the Registration Process. The process is confidential and you may use any email address you like. This includes any free anonymous email service.

After registering with a User Name and Loggin In, go to step B.

Step B.

Go to this link and select

Click on View Information.

Next Click on Join Group.

You will then be Private Messaged by me as to the verification process. The verification accomplishes 2 things. 1. It verifies that the user is a Certified LEO or Retiree and 2. It verifies that the LEO or Retiree actually set up the User Name and made the request.
