Why is this an amusing thing? People getting promotions only shows the high caliber of staff. It's not like people are leaving to lessor jobs, they are on to bigger and better things.

Well Herman ol boy, I have recently received some additional news. It seems that some promotional positions may be opening up. Now whaddaya think of that?

You know that in our Miami office something is up with that as well. Supposedly some promotional opportunities mayb e forced upon the office. The new administration appears to be cleaning house office by office. (I'm not even going to mention the Jacksonville mess).
