Called AZ today....spoke to a pretty candid guy over there. They have some funny friggin stories over there. Apparently Sponge Bob was the running joke. He pissed off everyone there. Cops, citizens, politicians and even his own command staff. They called him the hurricane. He would blow in to work, screw it all up and blow out as fast as he came in. LOL! He never put in more than 3 hours a day because the red dragon had such a short leash on him. Same tactics hes using here as far as promotions go also. He lasted 10 months there and the officer seemed to feel really sorry for us. They moved on him and his #2 left shortly after. Hopefully we can become united....as one... and work together on this. I already have some citizen support.

Just FYI. Buckeye PD is still cleaning up after Bobby ....and he left 11 months ago. He was making "Sweetheart" deals there too. Especially from his only ally ....a "Bobble Head" LT that he was going to promote him to Cmdr. Nice!

A Union no-confidence vote got him gone. I truly feel bad for the troops at NBV that are doing the job. Hang in there....he will take himself out eventually. He thinks hes smarter than the politics. The Bobble Head left shortly after and now we have two very decent and fair guys running the department. Its like night and day!

Talked to my contact in AZ again today. Advised me that Sponge Bob had a "limited peace officer certification" there and no a full cert. He stated Sponge Bob couldnt get the full cert because he couldnt complete the PT portion. Sponge Bob couldnt get over a 6 foot wall. I guess the Fat LT couldnt either! I told him that not Booby was an anomaly and FL cops are usually squared away. Hes an embarassment to FL law enforcement!

It my be a PBA contract but it does not say it will not take non members. Check your study the FOP members do their jobs ask Beaty. So your one year probation all the PBA members need to think about that. The last I remember the FOP member didn't go to the hospital saying he was in a MMA fight. So sorry I think you are a bit confused. We who got the study moving live here, not work here. The CM reached out to get the county to look into this issue. And yes there is the PBA at the county, and yes it does not matter what you are in union wise. All the other stuff you are saying is meant for someone else. But, as far as saying it to your face, that will happen in a commission meeting. It's not your face per say, but it is about saving money.
