When I started we only got 2 percent in high risk. Ol Jeb Bush took care of us and gave us 3 Percent high risk and retroactive it for the guys who started long ago. Change can happen. Depends on who the prevailing party is in Tallahassee.

Liberal Democrats are the destroyers of everyplace that they inhabit. I challenge anyone to name just one safe and prosperous city that is run by Democrats.

Democrats, and people throughout history that think like them, have destroyed civilizations since the beginning of time. Their lack of logical reasoning ability, along with the open borders and welfare mindset that created the disastrous “bread and circuses” policy at the end of the Roman Empire, has always resulted in only one thing. The destruction of the civilization that allowed them to flourish and exist.

It has been my experience that people that let their emotions, instead of logic or reasoning, rule their actions become Democrats / Socialists.

In the case of Trump, liberals are unable to logically deal with the fact that the country is flourishing because of him. They instead act upon their emotions. They hate Trump because he exposes the falsehoods that liberals espouse.

People that reject reason and let their emotions rule them are failures in life. This includes people such as degenerate gamblers, drug addicts, the clinically insane, dimwits, the lazy and most violent criminals / felons. It’s funny how most that fall into these categories identify as Democrats, why do you think the liberals want to allow criminals to vote? They know that the vast majority of Criminals are Democrats and vote democratic.

Liberals can’t argue logically with those that oppose their views so they instead try to silence the opposition and attempt to block the free speech of those that they disagree with. They use ANTIFA tactics like Adolph Hitler did in Nazi Germany. Adolph Hitler was ruled by his emotions. He was the head of the National Socialist party in Germany. It’s funny how liberals utilize all of Hitlers tactics, but accuse everyone else of being nazis. Liberals want the United States to adopt the same Policies that Hugo Chavez did in Venezuela. The policies that turned the most prosperous and successful South American country into a Third World hell hole.

Very good summation. One only has to look to the cities across the US that are dominated by liberals to see their results: SF, Newark, Detroit , Stockton, Baltimore, Southside Chicago, etc, and on and on.

Not locked in, you get 0 going forward. You get credit for 3 for the years prior to the legislative change but 0s going forward are factored into the years at 3.

For example, if you had 8 years at 3 percent prior to the law change then 8 years at 0 since the change, your COLA is now 1.5. Every year you stay afterwards factors in another 0 and drops your COLA further.
