He knows where 2 are going and at least some of the others are BSO, Boca bound. I heard 4 BSO, 3 Boca and the other 2 Miami.

That is a better answer. I hope they all find what they are looking for. I heard they have 44 applications certified applicants ready to fill those positions of the city allows (ask Kimmy or Tasha).

Still doesn’t answer the large numbers leaving. Also, how good are those applicants?
How many other agencies have each of them applied to, waiting for a call?
    Will they stay, if hired?

44 ready to go, sounds good. But, we want them to stay.

    Miramar’s problems are still there.

Why would they stay for 15-20K less than other agencies? They will get their year probation in (if even that) and then leave. Who could blame them?

If they are certified (which 90% of the pending applicants are) what difference would they staying for probation matter.
    Just asking.

    8 are gone to BSO
    2 to Boca
2 pending to Miami and another 2 pending to BSO

What is this agency doing to keep
Our staffing? The amount wasted on overtime is ridiculous. Dismantle this useless PRIME unit and send them back to the road.

Some agencies will not hire an officer on probation due to previous Chief's of Police Association agreements. Some departments no longer honor it though. And you are right - if already certified they probably wouldn't.
