Chief Avocado 🥑
Chief Avocado, how did you like your first day? Everyday just so you know, Deputy Chief Papier will come with a little black folder about all the things he wants to talk to you about and screw over certain people.
Did he tell you how he had his staff cover up a vehicle crash involving his wife? If she wasn’t drunk, why didn’t she pick up her loaner and had someone switch her property out from the wrecked vehicle? If you don’t demote these idiots, you’re just as corrupt.
Watch out also with Eldys Diez. He was a member of Antifa. Check his background. He couldn’t wait to tell you how we need our off duty pay city via payroll. He’s hated by everyone. He will suck your left but while stabbing your right bolita with a screwdriver. By the way, every time you see Eldys on his phone, he is reporting to Papier your every move.
Welcome to this cesspool of crap.

Nothing to do with Eldys, the pretentious sesquipedalian. This is more in line with getting Hubert acclimated to his new and we hope brief command. In case you did not know, in Dade County Florida, Writs of Possession; that is evictions, are served by the Miami Dade Police Department, the County's de facto Sheriff Office, under the authority of FSS 30.15 -- Powers, duties, and obligations. So before you err, as did Timoney, know this: The Miami International Airpot and The Dante B. Fascell Port of Miami-Dade – or Port of Miami, are both under MDPD's jurisdiction, not the City of Miami. As Miami's police chief, you have enough "mines" waiting to embarrass you as it is. As to the noun "mines," used herein figuratively.
We hope you do not summon your Black Lives Matter comrades to launch a repudiation demonstration at the reported Sheriff's use of deadly force scene.

Miami, Miami, a place where washout former external police chiefs hopes of redemption and or ascension come, to only wither under the City’s searing heat.* Poor players who strut and fret their moments upon The Magic City's stage, and of who, upon forced departures, are heard no more.* A reiteration of idiots' failed ambitions, debuting full of sound and fury, but ultimately accomplish nothing.

More important than current and future internal disciplinary concerns, is this: America's murder epidemic!
Hubert, the question for you is this: What are your strategic and tactical plans to stem the "murder epidemic" within the City of Miami? Mayor Francis Suarez and city manager Noriega, better hope Hubert does not follow his Houston's "crime-fighting" strategies or obvious lack thereof; as, under your command, Houston PD kept no data on shootings. NO DATA ON SHOOTINGS! Is such managerial malfeasance worth $300-plus thousands?
