To whoever started this thread, not sure why you wrote Colonel in front of Tom Harrington. Simply wearing 3 stars on your collar doesnt make you a Colonel. The Sheriff promoting you to Colonel doesnt make you a Colonel. Only the troops can make you a Colonel and we never saw you or followed you. Then again its hard to have a large following when you have a span of control of a lieutenant at best.
