It seems the Poeta has achieved more than SV. The fat a$$ of SV is unable to run fast enough to make the SWAT team. Much less do any push ups. Although SV’s adipose cells (fat cells) should let him float on water. SV is the most unqualified person to be Chief of Police. SV does not even have an Associate Degree and definitely no Bachelor Degree. Crap, SV got found at fault of giving unlawful orders and destruction of official documents. Has been demoted and suspended. Yet, somehow he becomes Chief of Police without a competitive exam!! Wow, complete corruption at City Hall. Just look at the civil service rules under promotions, it clearly says that the Chief of Police must be promoted from a “competitive exam.” Yet, the union does nothing about it. HPD officers are suppose to take orders from the clown of SV?
