Yea, it acknowledges that nobody in the country is riding on horseback through the woods looking for moonshine. Do you know what year it is? get a grip, the only thing it is a sign of is how dated that charge was and how extremely infrequent it is even used

A civilian can make application for a warrant and a judge can sign and a deputy can arrest the violator. No sworn ABT agent anywhere in the process. I will do you one better. A professional regulations civilian goes to the SAO with an affidavit for felony contractor fraud. SAO takes it to the judge and the S.O. Has them at first appearance the next day. No reason ABT couldn't do the same thing. You might be necessary. For now.

They came here fleeing some slum state like Michigan or Colorado or New York or New Jersey and don't want to move again. There motivation is to keep taxes low and government out of their lives which is why they fled their former crap palace states. A thousand people a day move to Florida and Florida doesn't increase spending proportional to growth. Do more with less is the Republican mantra. Republicans are so much against you they won't even raise the fines on traffic tickets to fund a pay raise. Even law violators are given more consideration than state employees. This is where we live. I am open to your thoughts and would love being proven wrong in my opinion. May this will be too much truth and be deleted. May be not. Either way I am done. Good luck to all.
Probably the most factually correct post on here in a long time. I tip my cap to you!

New expectations for us are great! All of us on pace for fives and lovin' it! Most of the ISII's are crying and whining, but that's not my problem. Actually this place ran just fine without them and to be honest the ones in our office suck. I'd rather do inspections myself! For now though I am working my complaints, working a few concerts, and hammer down on surveys! LOVIN' IT!!! Wanna make me non-sworn? No problem amigo, I'll do that too! I am not one of the egotistical "tacti-cool" guys that needs to identify with being sworn.

So true. If you aren't hitting "5" on your eval you are just lazy.

Don't worry the ISII'S have a great case for unfair labor practice. They jumped the tobacco numbers too high. There are only so many RTDP or duals. And in some offices they can not reach the total since you only have so many of them. Now cut that up by the high number of inspectors .
So if they will have to hit the duals every 8 months. Which is a total waste of time and money.

You must be one of the INSPECTORS that can't seem to hit their numbers. YOU HAVE NO CASE FOR UNFAIR LABOR PRACTICE. NONE!!! The expectations are based on previous years numbers which were deemed to be a joke. Most of the INSPECTORS already averaged 100 inspections per quarter or close to it. Sounds like you may be looking for a new job soon! From the sound of things that may be a good thing for ABT. Get someone who isn't a lazy turd!

I am no attorney nor would I ever want to disappoint my parents by becoming one, but to file an Unfair Labor Practice suit you would actually have to have some labor. In unfair conditions. Both seem to be missing here. Not having unlimited time to update your social media accounts, visit your child in day care, shop, plan your next outing or get your nails done hardly seems like a problem to bring to court.
