If that's an accurate statement how is it they are employed here? We DQ good cops from other agencies from employment when they have minor writ ups from 20 years ago in some instances but we hire weirdos with no experience at all, or a brace of years in the reserves and then wonder when they turn out to be flakes

DT training? Does anyone really remember the last time we had DT training? And yes they sent these two and a bike guy last class. So we can learn how to beat up a guy on the ground in a bar and how to watch tv on duty and not get caught. Very tactical
