Sounds like another not so subtle threat against Mr. McLynas to again illegally use a Stingray tracking device on him to again falsely arrest him. You better have a dam good case against him this time because I know for a fact there are several local attorneys that now have his back and would love nothing more than for the PCSO to take another run at him. Oh, and don't forget that pesky little thing called a warrant this time.

That is actually a pretty stupid statement. Unless he took over someone else's identity, his criminal history (if he has any) would follow him through his social security number no matter what he calls himself.

I brought up the stingray abuse issue in his other thread before it was deleted. I'm not sure why he thinks that it's acceptable to threaten you with their device. Isn't it supposed to be signed off by a judge because the technology is provided at a federal level? Not only that, but it's meant to be used for dangerous citizens who are on the loose, not a guy who has a legit bone to pick with some rogue officers he pays to protect him. Just found another article that mentions it's possibility for abuse being problematic to every day citizens.

McLynas has a ton of actual court documents posted online with loads of verifiable info it them. According to these documents, PCSO falsely arrested him for "abuse of an elder" after he was accused of "soaking" the female real estate agent that broke into his home and refused to leave. The woman, her friend and two PCSO deputies all claimed that McLynas hosed the woman's pants "from the knee down" and all four gave depositions about how wet these pants were from the ankle to the knee, including two deputies, one of which was Deputy Timothy "I will shoot you for calling me names" Virden. However, McLynas had a video tape from that day showing the "victim" was wearing shorts. Yup. All four lied to falsely accuse McLynas and then illegally used a Stingray to track him and arrest him without a warrant. THEN the PCSO LIED about doing the Stingray in court, in depos, in police reports and in response to document requests. Deputy Wroe even admitted to lying about crimes being committed in the "affidavit" he filed to use the Stingray. (link below) Even the SAO lied and violated Brady disclosure laws. When the judge finally ordered the PCSO to turn over the Stingray documents showing its illegal use against him, the State Attorney and the PCSO dropped the charges the same day the documents were supposed to be handed over. Here are some of the actual documents. No wonder the guy is out to nail Gualtieri and any other crooked deputies.
