This is correct. He was a civilian at DHSMV and DOC. It was inaccurately reported that he was a Trooper and Corrections officer.

Someone should look into how his side business ended up with the DHSMV contract to train all the offices on active shooter. I’m sure that bid was legit! A little digging and a whole bunch of leadership is sailed away.

Bid rigging and quid pro quo is nothing new to dhsmv. I’m sure if a good investigator looked into this it would be discovered that there was quite a bit of fraud involved.
