This is a joke. The Major still wrecking the place. The only chance we had of Lt Solis running the place is gone with chief Artime leaving. Major don’t get that cases take time to solve.

Any detective period knows that cases take time to develop in order to articulate PROBABLE CAUSE to arrest. There’s a huge difference than knowing who the subject is as opposed to having PC to make an arrest that will stick in trial and get a guilty verdict. If there’s one thing the new command staff doesn’t understand is this. “Oh you have a witness? Why haven’t you arrested yet?” BECAUSE GUY THAT DOESNT CUT IT WITH THE SAO. THE WITNESS IS A HOMELESS SIGNAL 400 THAT NO ONE IS GOING TO BELIEVE. Tell me how is it that you have sergeants lieutenants caps and majors who haven’t investigated a petty theft yet go to the major leagues ???? Disaster waiting to happen. Plain and simple.
