So how is this experiment going?
- Mustaches now approved
- Fight club training with injured deputies
- Lowering of hiring standards
- Cowered to Pollock and suspended everyone who responded to MSD
- Threats of more firings
- Hired an equally unqualified Undersheriff
- Cant manage a crisis
- Cant get along with unions

So will the Governor remove this Sheriff who is obviously incompetent ???

This drive-up turd promoted more Soules to colonel, at one time, than any sheriff in BSOs 100 year history. The executive command photo section is unnerving knowing it was done to make a statement, not to instill quality. In fact he added colonel positions to the already bloated matrix just to accommodate more Soules. He did this to appease and pander to the black community, nothing more. Well, where are all your black superstars now temporary? They are useless at operational decision making and now more useless at damage control in the black community. They have also been proven to be useless in raking in black votes at election time. Now, after only 90 days, there is talk of indicting the few road patrol we have left. You wanted to be handed the big leagues, well here you go. You have the national spotlight and they aren't impressed. Weren't you a football star?? Sure helps us here, huh... Where's that bed wetting Pollock with his big mouth and all the answers?? Guess its not fun anymore and he ran off. This entire process has been a joke since the governor conceived it. Can't wait till this shiit show is over and Temporary is put in the door.
