McLynas Arreseted and Spent Time in Jail

McLynas is a public figure and if you allow police chief and sheriff bashing because they are public figures then you must allow the same for a guy who ran for public office and still holds himself out as a candidate. No double standards. Leave the McLynas stuff up or take down all the sheriff bashing.

Public records show McLyans has been arrested for felonies and spent time in jail. That is fact.

Opion about McLynas the public figure and political candidate is that he is as crazy as they come and is a psychopath.

McLyans is allowed to come on here and bash and others should be able to bash him to.

His sheriffs webpage posts numerous documents showing the charges were false and that PCSO lied. There is even a depo showing deputy Matt ware swore out a false affidavit and Ware admitted as much in his depo. No record of any convictions. Could that be why he appears to have a bone to pick with BG and the PCSO? It would be enough to piss off most people. Is he crazy because he seems hellbent on exacting revenge? Perhaps. But he seems to be doing a good job of embarrassing BG on a regular basis and I don't think he is going anywhere any time soon.

Makes no difference. That is not the point. We arrest people all the time who are guilty as all get out and the charges get dropped cause the victim did not want to prosecute and stuff like that. Did McLynas sue for false arrest? I think not because there was probable cause for his multiple arrests. If there was no PC then where is the successsful law suit? Moron sues for everything else but when you ARE GUILTY and there was PC there is nothing to sue for. McLynas is an ARRESTED FELON no matter how he spins it Jimmy and spent time in JAIL. Funny how McLyans thinks he can dish it out but when it blows back in his face he gets very sensitive and defends himself by multiple posts pretending to be someone other than Jimmy Mac.

.....or....it could be that the sheriff falsely arrests people so that a) if they get convict the plan works, or b) if we can't convict them then we just make believe they are a criminal anyway. What d we always say when we falsely arrest someone? "You might beat the rap, but you won't beat the ride".

I'm not sure what type of Constitutional law you studied to obtain your degree in criminal justice, but the case brief that I JUST finished last evening included many things... One of them being the right to a jury trial, wherein the presumption of innocence is assumed until a conviction occurs.

Who made you judge, jury and executioner? Probable cause is only what allows you to make an arrest without a signed warrant. And to protect YOU from being accused of unreasonable search and seizure. Probable cause is just a fancy way of saying you base an arrest off of your judgement. You could say you caught a whiff of the scent of devil's lettuce and accuse someone of a DUI... They could be arrested and later tested, only to show that what you smelled wasn't actually in their system. Would your arrest still be valid? Yes, but the charge wouldn't stick. A person could scratch them self, call you, accuse someone of battery and the alleged assailant would go to jail. There are many many many instances where probable cause isn't guaranteed to be 100% right. And yes, sometimes guilty people get off because the victim files a motion not to prosecute. But in this case, something about the clerk records tells me his supposed victims wouldn't have done that.

Anyways, he isn't a felon unless he's been convicted of the crime he was arrested for. You're teetering the line of libel by accusing him of committing a crime that the court held as unfounded and especially for accusing him of having mental health issues. Good thing this is all anonymous, amirite? Moreover you're a LEO, shouldn't you be acting like one?

    Can't:

Lets be honest here. You've accused multiple people of being McLynas over the last few days. And I've gotta say that if you're arresting people whilst relying on your judgement, you're probably making some severely bad calls that are causing life altering repercussions for people. You can't tell the difference between anonymous users, nor are you able to separate truth from untruth in your anger. Everyone is lying? Thousands of people were linked here because of the original post you made which had think veiled threats. And you can't tell the difference. Scary for all of the arrests you've made.

As a third-party bystander, it's ridiculously obvious that this man is pissed and pissed for good reason.

FACT= McLyans has been arrested for multiple felonies. McLynas has eaten jail food. McLynas name is a alias and he changed him name in Georgia where he has other arrests. McLyans thinks he is the only one who can dish it out and he is very sensitive and can't take his own medicine. Stand by Jimmy Mac the Gulf is full of Stingrays this time of year.
