The FHP will be its own demise with its pay and leadership. Once legislature approves them to give the money to the Sheriff s that request it and removes FHP from the county one by one. There are only 67 counties. Mark my words its coming. There are not people knocking down the door of FHP. That is a bold face lie. People are quitting faster than the FHP can replenish them. The legislature is not giving any sheriff a dime, they would get rid of fhp but for free. This is the cheapest state government in the country. Is the south, they want free labor, if only Abraham Lincoln would be alive. What a shame.

There is a reason why peopme are waiting 2 hrs for a trooper to respond and no one goes after any BOLO, when you can only afford Haitians, that's what you get in return.
