And the small cluster of special people here, are first to claim they are being personally attacked whenever anyone dare criticize the Sheriff, the admin or certain others - yet that small group causes the public distrust of the 80% here who are good, just want to do their job, without getting phone calls, certain supervisor interference. Worst place imaginable this place has always had a dirty rep, just the small group faces change a little but some of us have caught on how to be considered by allowing yourself to get compromised to be accepted by a small group. Wait wait, do you mean to tell me that the Sheriff’s Office should have done something to a minority female Sgt who committed aggravated domestic assault and child endangerment? But she is a minority? O yes and wait it was investigated by Glades County and one of their Deputies interfered with the investigation so no true investigation took place but again that is Sheriff Whidden's fault somehow. But wait there is more The supervisor of the deputy who was the victim of the aggravated domestic assault and whose children were the victims of Child endangerment showed up and is best friends with the new Glades County Deputy that interfered with the investigation. Do you think they worked together to cover the issue up? Again leaving no evidence for the Hendry County Sheriff's Office to be able to prove or disprove the accusations. But it is all the Sheriff’s fault.
