Well they're in a near lose lose situation. Physically removing him ended this way, refusing to move him would have gotten them in trouble as well.

I could have written that six months ago. Go back and get your stopwatch out, how many seconds of emotional family statements do you see vs seconds of Chief or PIO at the podium giving their side of the story? Although don't get me wrong, rumors going around social media don't help the situation either.

There is no increase in these OIS happening, there is just more of it being caught on video, and more national coverage.

Would love to see the original report in its full text or press release of it though. Could not find it on bureau website.

I can see CNN getting hit hard on the TV side if the "cut the cord" movement really takes off. ABC, CBS, FOX (not Fox Cable News Channel, the entertainment side), NBC all have affiliates across the country carrying their programs over the air through their respective affiliate station's transmitter towers like the ones out in Riverview. Have an antenna and TV and whoopty do.

CNN being mainly carried over Dish, Direct, Charter, Brighthouse, Comcast, etc. as well as streaming online means less cable and satellite subscribers = less TV viewers.
