The problem is he has been in that district too long. Officer, Sergeant, Lieutenant. He always said he did not want to be a Captain or Major. Yet he lied and became both. He talks entirely too much and has never recovered from April cheating on him.

He is great in teaching and correcting paperwork. He has no problem getting into a chase. He will back you up until the administration says otherwise.

Lastly, he allows that predjduce midnight FTS to shit on black officers and the black community by covering up legitimate complaints and concerns.

He does have emotional breakdowns upstairs and Yolanda often has to wipe his tears up here. The Lieutenants say he is okay but he will slam you or hang you out to dry if IA is involved.

At 2200 hours N3500 Sgt. Zane was taking a 19 on air everyone knows things is hot right now with law enforcement what does Zane do take a 19 on air and follow the vehicle outside the jurisdiction To their home 🏡 . He hates to be told what to do how to do things. He never listen or even complete his crew payroll on time. Everyone knows not to be doing anything right now other than call for service.
