I heard they’re making another spot. I wonder. Who the heck wants to work that close to the pear and his little blonde sidekick anyway? What a fantastic duo. They do so much for this agency (sarcasm). We need external vests!

Yeah, tradition at PCSO dictates that female supervisors not work the road. The sexist regime always moves new female supervisors to office jobs. To name just a few who never got to be sergeants on the road, maybe for a few weeks:
Major Jen Love - Support Services (never a sergeant on the road), Captain Deanna Carey - AID (less than a shift as a sergeant on the road), Kelly Busch - Retired (train wreck when ejected from CPID), Lt. Bev Borland - Records? Startegic Planning? (sergeant on the road for a week maybe?), Lt. Amy White - CPID?, she had Forensics (never on the road as a sergeant), Sgt. Liz Brady - Records? (never on the road as a sergeant), Sgt. Amanda Mandakunis (never on the road as a sergeant), Sgt. Amy Plourde (never on the road as a sergeant).
And this is through no fault of their own at all. This Sheriff just doesn't stand for females in a man's world, clearly. Kim Kilian is the first to be left in place ever. Sarah Robinson will get her feet wet and be moved. By January she will be off the road.
Real contemporary agency philosophy.

Those who want the pay and the rank should be able to do the job, male or female. If they can't do it then they don't deserve the rank and the pay. Shame on the sheriff for promoting to meet some hidden gender quotas to look progressive in the liberal media.

Famous Bib quotes, “The bench is empty,” with people still on the sergeant and lieutenant list. Real inspiring Bob.
There is no formal grooming process. There is barely a formal testing process snd even Bob promoted people who never tested. And there is no formal training process. Oh I know there is a stupid soft and hard skills class. It’s crap. No true leadership training. No true LEO or DDC supervisor training class. No one wants to commit the time needed. Deputies in the jail, on the road and in the courthouses get a formal field training program. And that’s just to do the basic job. Month and half in-house and almost four months in the field? To manage? You get kicked out the nest snd are expected to fly. Down the road? Unless your destined for more gold nothing. You get nothing. And he wonders what’s wrong.
