The Ricky Scam Show!!
Ricky has made it so that you need to have 24 years on the department until you can get weekends off by eliminating weekend off positions and squads. This new shift he has concocted is just another dirty tactic to get us to go along with his fantasy of accepting the 12 hour shifts, in the upcoming contract, that he has been unsuccessfully peddling for years. Don't be fooled, this guy is just a snake oil selling carpetbagger who is just trying to extend the amount of time he can collect his enormous salary and pension off of the sweat of OUR backs!!
