    Is it possible for someone to post the departments true staffing numbers ?

    How understaffed is the agency ?

    I wish they would stop wasting tons of money on BS programs (shot spotter, BWC , etc ) and hire a bunch of new officers. We need officers more than we need technology.

    The one thing that I have noticed about this department. They seem to buy technology in the 4th quarter when other departments are getting rid of the same technology.
