Shhhh... this might be the only way to get overtime now. Special events are where it’s at, patrol overtime is gone come February.

The Union should have fought the shell game of using beat officers to back fill minimum staffing spots. This is just the beginning. Next they will pull motors and marine patrol to avoid minimum staffing OT.

We all want to work. We just want to know what day we are working. Is that too much to ask? The County has known for months what days they are working. We thought this family first crap all the time. How about putting your money were your mouth is.

Bunch of Effen Cry Babies
The county has known for months what they are working because they really have one event, the game. We have almost two weeks worth of events, parties. NFL Experience, NFL network, FOX Sports and everything else. What a bunch of whiney pu$$ies you are. Guess what, you’re going to be working like everyone else. We will be lucky to get one day off. Suck it up or go work for the County. School Police is hiring too. You cry about not having OT and then you complain when you know you’ll have to work OT. You will know at least 5 days before, when and for how long you will be working, per the contract. Until then, keep crying.

This has been talked about for years. Adjust everyone in order to save $$$. Get ready for high impact weekends on straight time. Shame on Team K & R for drinking the koolaid.
