So the mayor asks the feds to help PPD. Seems like our gun unit doesn't work well with any feds.....except one. The rest they just badmouth in the office. The gun unit doesn't want to work with anybody else because they'll be outed as lazy and incompetent.
We had lower gun crime rates before JP took over that unit and started only caring about his boat captain job.

JP bad mouths every one from the Sheriff to Simmons and can’t help himself that he can’t recognize that he is a failure and tries to blame the Sheriff when he is the cause of feds or ppd not wanting to work with gun crimes. He and his girlfriend just cause trouble. MG tried to help him

Violent crime increases and the feds are asked to help. This sounds familiar........ Oh yeah, until the boat captain decided it was too many hours to work we actually worked with one of the fed agencies.
JP isn't really to blame though since MG promised him he could work as little as he wants.

Wouldn’t matter how many hours boat captain worked since he and JT don’t know anything about investigating or have enough sense to have a plan and they can’t get along with anyone

Other investigators upstairs can find guns and drugs...... But the gun team can't. Real police work is hard to fit into a fisherman's schedule

I remember when those two went to the gun school we paid money for and neither one passed the tests you have to do at the end. Waste of money on those two JP JT

Who cares. We have people in a gun unit who don’t know a thing about guns. So what? It isn’t like anyone cares about shootings and gun stuff. At least JP and JT are somewhere they can’t do any damage since they aren’t required to work. Let em be so more people with have no respect for them
