Update on the RICO lawsuit
Attorney McGuire suffers yet another loss in Circuit Court in his suit against Pasco Sheriff's Office
On 6/18/19 Attorney McGuire had several motions thrown out of Circuit Court that he filed against the Sheriffs Office, not only did he lose again but the judge is considering making him pay cost to the Sheriff Office for his frivolous request.

Not sure how it’s a loss when you read the court documents. There’s 17 extra people suing Nocco and friends.

Nonsense
This attorney is just trying to get publicity. The lawsuit is nonsense and is wasting taxpayer's money and affecting all the good agency members negatively! If you've read it you can see how big of a joke it is and this attorney is. This guy is searching for people who were fired or forced to leave for good cause. They were people that had no business being in law enforcement and only would cause the agency to be sued over their own actions. Its a disgrace to see so many former employees not accept their own choices they made and move on and try to be better. Instead they are trusting in an unethical lawyer who has to lie in hopes of drumming buisness with this nonsense! Proves that they have poor judgement and we should all feel sad for them!

Trying to get publicity when no media will cover the lawsuit...right.
I’ve read the suit and it’s pretty detailed with quite a bit of evidence to back up these claims.
There’s former deputy’s with quite a few years under Pasco and one being one of the highest paid to be employed. The plaintiffs have over tripled in numbers since it began.
We’ll see what comes to light.

Ha, ha, Nocco can kiss any chance of re-election good-bye. His cronies and butt kissers will be getting their resumes ready soon.

The problem with messing with “real cops”, is that we’re pretty darn good at collecting and maintaining evidence. Many people met with the attorney, however were weeded out due to lack of proof. Those who remained, well Nocco and his shady subordinates are in for it. Apparently they forgot all IA interviews are recorded with everyone involved and saved on CD’s.
