Temporary Tony has already eluded to maybe receiving bad information and letting too many people go too quickly. Not taking 10 minutes to speak with someone whos logged 20-30 years before terminating is poor leadership and horrible organizational strategy. Divisions/units have also been dis-banned or combined with little to no knowledge of what is done there. Many things are interconnected and when he sees the collateral damage caused by these poor decisions, he will have nobody to correct it.
