Like or not like the Sheriff. With everyone that just left, a lot of command experience was lost and now everyone is new in their jobs with little guidance. I know some flunky will chime in, but logic says it will take us time and many mistakes to recover. Now Coral Springs is in charge. I am not certain if the cure wasn't worse than the disease.

Thank you fort lauderdale flunkie. All the command experience that left? Seriously? You mean allnof the sergeant and lieutenant experience that left... sorry fort lauderdale flunkie but none of you had any command experience worthy of recognition. You single handedly destryed this agency. And by the way, unlike you rejects last time I checked there is only one coral springs guy in charge unlike you all that brought everyone but the janitor, oh wait, thats right, I forgot about Russell. I stand corrected. Dont go away mad, just go away.

Are you fu**ing joking? Six years of sh*t under the old administration and the MSD incident alone made me embarrassed to wear my uniform !!! Like it was already said, it takes time to clean up six years of shit, so be patient it will take some time and will not happen over night.

We can't catch a break. Tony is not the answer. If the governor was going to blow the place up, could he at least given us someone who had a clue

Please dismantle this agency. Give the districts back to the cities and give the jail to the county commission. This place is a joke.

Temporary Tony has already eluded to maybe receiving bad information and letting too many people go too quickly. Not taking 10 minutes to speak with someone whos logged 20-30 years before terminating is poor leadership and horrible organizational strategy. Divisions/units have also been dis-banned or combined with little to no knowledge of what is done there. Many things are interconnected and when he sees the collateral damage caused by these poor decisions, he will have nobody to correct it. Escort out people with hundreds of years of experience running a mega agency + restructure everything solely because the other guy supported them + rapidly promote anyone who bum rushed you at the podium = instability, chaos and another poor response to a major incident. You own it temporary tony. Were all watching.
